Material you upload
- Upload only material you own or have permission to have narrated.
- Do not upload other people’s personal or sensitive information — for example student records or health data — unless you have a lawful basis to process it and it is needed for the narration.
- Do not upload material that is illegal where you or we operate.
The voice and disclosure
- Evaria narration is AI-generated. Do not present it as a recording of a real person, and do not use it to impersonate anyone.
- Where your audience could reasonably assume a human narrator, or where the law requires it, disclose that the narration is AI-generated.
- Do not attempt to extract, copy or recreate the Evaria voice or its reference recordings, for example to train another voice model.
Prohibited uses
Do not use Evaria to create or distribute content that:
- deceives people, including fraud, scams, fake endorsements or disinformation;
- harasses, threatens, defames or promotes violence or hatred against people;
- sexualises minors, or is sexually explicit;
- infringes intellectual property or other rights;
- is used for academic dishonesty, such as passing off generated work where that is forbidden.
Protecting the service
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of Evaria, or bypass authentication, rate limits or credit charges.
- Do not overload the service, scrape it, or automate the website in place of the API.
- Do not share API keys or accounts, or resell access without our written agreement.
Found a security issue? Please report it privately to hello@evaria.ai — we appreciate responsible disclosure.
Enforcement and reporting
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, suspend API keys or accounts, or close an account, as described in the Terms. To report misuse of Evaria narration, contact us with as much detail as you can.
