This notice describes the information collected by Evaria’s prelaunch website. The Evaria project team manages these records and can be reached using the contact form below.

What you choose to share

The early-access form collects your email, role, intended use, expected monthly usage, optional challenge description, selected plan interest, submission date, and a record of your agreement to hear from us. The contact form collects your email, topic, message, and submission date.

Please avoid sharing sensitive information, confidential research, student records, or material you do not have permission to disclose. This website is intended for adults interested in evaluating or building with Evaria.

How we use it

We use early-access requests to understand demand, prioritize use cases, select trial participants, and contact you about relevant trials and product updates you have requested. Contact messages are used to address your request. We do not sell these records, publish signup details, or use form submissions as voice-model training data.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, which uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Form records are stored in a managed Cloudflare D1 database and can be accessed by the Evaria project operator and the hosting providers as necessary to operate the service. This hosting setup does not provide a promise that data stays in a particular country.

Resend delivers private signup and contact alerts to the project operator’s Google email inbox. These providers process the submitted details to deliver and store those alerts. Copies may remain in delivery logs and the operator’s inbox; we consider these copies when handling removal requests. Submitting a form does not send you an automatic confirmation email.

We do not add advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics to this website. Fonts and audio are served with the site. Our form protection stores a daily hash derived from your network address with a short-lived request counter; the application does not save the raw address. Hosting providers may separately process technical request and security logs.

Keeping and removing records

We retain early-access information while it serves the prelaunch and trial process, or until you ask us to remove it. Contact messages are kept as needed to resolve and track the request. Short-lived form rate-limit records expire and are cleared as further submissions are processed. We will review the waitlist’s continuing purpose as the project develops.

You can ask us to stop product updates, remove your records, or provide or correct the information you submitted. Use the form below with the same email address you used to sign up. We may need to verify that you control that address before disclosing or changing records.
